Poached Salmon
Whole salmon or poached fillet garnished with capers, lemons, and dill sauce.
Smoked Salmon Platter
One pound of thinly sliced Salmon arranged with capers, fresh lemon, cocktail bread and Fish Tales Dill Sauce. Serves 4 to 6.
Smoked Fish Platter
An assortment of smoked fish arranged with capers, lemon slices, dill sauce and cocktail bread. Includes one half pound each: Sturgeon, Eastern Smoked Salmon, Sable, Smoked Tuna, Whitefish salad, and one whole smoked Trout. Serves 8-10.
Caviar Platter
Two ounces of caviar - Beluga, Osetra, Sevruga - arranged with capers, red onion, egg yolk, and cocktail bread. Serves 4-6.
